Since our inception in 2012, We have grown to service both small and large clients.
Our team consists of 1 Senior technician, 1 Junior technician and an apprentice.

What does the training include?
There’s no point in having a cutting-edge security system if you don’t know how to use it properly! All NQ Video Surveillance services come with full training to ensure you get the most out of your security system. You will learn:
- Log in and out of your system
- View live or recorded footage
- Fast forward or rewind recorded footage
- Retain or wipe recorded footage
- Ensure evidence recovery is performed properly
- Basic laws surrounding the use of surveillance equipment
- Manually or remotely position your cameras
- Basic functions
- Basic troubleshooting
- How to get the most from your system
We will come to your premises and discuss your areas of concern with you to ensure we have a full understanding of what you need your system to deliver.
Our technician will walk around the property with you highlighting a number of security system principles and indicating any opportunities to improve security such as improving fencing, adding signage, alarm systems, cameras etc.
We will create a tailored solution for you and run through it with you so you know exactly what the system will do, how it will work and any limitations there may be.
Once you decide to go ahead, our expert technicians will attend to your premises at an agreed-upon date and time to install your system
It’s important you know how your system works so we include full training for all our customers once the installation is complete.
Our friendly team are always available to answer any questions you may have about your system after the installation is complete. Down the track, you may want to add to your system or upgrade components which we are very happy to do.
